Over 77 kw installed in 2010!

Here is a recap on our first year in operation.

- Installed over 77 kw in 2010.  Three are company owned.

- All but one install is are ground mounted.

- We’ve tested Canadian Solar, Trina Solar, Sharp and Conergy modules. With no significant difference in production between the different manufactures.

System # 2 Completed!

System # 2 is complete.  The ground mounted system is composed of 48 – 220w Trina solar modules using 2 5kw SMA inverters.

Solar ONE’s first Microfit is complete.  As of June 17, 2010 Solar ONE’s first company owned Microfit project is complete.

Ontarians get the green light

Popular new program attracts more than 2,200 applications

OPA Toronto, ON, December 16, 2009 – Seven hundred Ontarians from Ottawa to Windsor to Thunder Bay – including a member of the popular band Barenaked Ladies – will be celebrating a green holiday season after being the first to receive offers to generate renewable electricity under the province’s new feed-in tariff program.
